How can I make my H cup appear smaller?

When I try to talk about it to my friends they say I’m ungrateful or I should feel “lucky” yet the only thing i can feel is pain 😭 as I lose weight I understand they get smaller and they slightly have! In the meantime what are some alternatives to help cover them more? Aside from binding.
