When did farmers markets get so expensive?
Post Body
I always thought farmers markets were a way for farms to cut out the middleman and sell direct to consumers, which in turn should reduce costs. I remember going to farmers markets as a kid where this seemed to be the case. But I went to one recently and everything was just as expensive, if not more, than the supermarkets. Thereโs no way a small box of strawberries needs to be $10
