People who could work out regularly and have fit/nice/hot body, how do you do it even?
Post Body

I’m 34. I work usually 6 days a week. Usually goes from 8:30 to 6 something pm. Sometimes late nights. Stare at the computer screen all day and solving minor problems. Commute is almost an hour each bound with the crowd on it.

At the end of the day, I can’t find the time, the energy and motivation at all. When I get home, I just wanna eat dinner, curl up on the couch and watch a show or two and then time for bed already.

I just can’t do it. How do you all do it? How do you make it to the gym? Also depends on what kind of job you have?

I sacrificed my lunch breaks to get in the gym during the week. I bring food for lunch, heat it up, and pack that shit down after working out. People tend to spend WAY too much time in the gym when they go. You can very easily get in and knock out 12-15 hard and quality working sets for the body part of the day in 30 minutes. People just dick around too much and waste their time. Needing an hour or more is also a huge deterrent for people too, like OP here. OP, you'll find that your body adapts, and you naturally find the energy that you're saying you don't have.

Consistency is key start off with a 15 minute session every day no matter what and work up to more intense sessions.

Check out a few David Goggins videos and then listen to yourself.

I can tell you a million ways to do but what’s important is just that you make it a habit.

I go almost everyday, and if I miss a day I feel like I didn’t get my daily activities done.

The more you work out, the more you’ll want to work out.

Just same as the more you sleep, the more you’ll want to sleep. The more sex you have, the more sex you’ll want to have. The more food you eat, the more you’ll want to eat. So on so forth.
