well i have heard of a few local doctors refusing to continue care for patients that refuse to vaccinate. So i'd say it's probably legal. To my knowledge so long as you don't discriminate based upon someones : Race, religion, sex, citizenship,age, disability,and veterans you're pretty much capable of telling someone to GTFO without general legal repercussions. Might get you an angry letter though. :P
