Here is an update on the changes to /r/Asheville:

• The auto weekly visiting/moving thread should pop up Monday morning (if it doesn’t, I’ll do my best to get it up ASAP). Please feel free to post feedback about the post in that thread, including how it can be improved for clarity or depth.

• I am going to reinstate the Free Talk Thread in a few weeks; until then, the two stickies are going to be full, because …

• I am going to post a series of threads to crowdsource updates and improvements to the FAQ. Once that is complete, the Free Talk thread will go back up.

• We’re working on getting a FAQ sticky at the top that is above the two thread stickies.

• Regarding classified ads in /r/Asheville, the poll was pretty evenly split between /r/asheville, /r/ashevilleclassifieds, and “I don’t care”. I’m making an executive decision to allow them /r/Asheville.

• Soon, I will be working on adding flairs to the sub, one of which will be for classifieds, so if you don’t want to see them, you don’t have to.

The current food FAQ is here. What updates do we need? What changes would you suggest? Would anybody be willing to put together an ideal "Weekend Food Itinerary" if someone has one weekend to hit the best places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
