Is the water irritating anyone else’s skin??

Woodfin water is what we have, I know there’s a boil advisory of course but I’ve had to shower as I’m not gonna just be gross and I just find myself getting itchy and uncomfortable every time. It’s driving me nuts. Will lotion help maybe or? Anyone else experiencing this?
