I had a chance to listen in on this Zoom meeting today. For me personally working here for 25 years, nothing was expressed about the workers who continue to keep the business running for decades. They continued to talk about water and how that will affect restaurants. They continually said that you cannot wash dishes with the water coming from the lines. They did not talk about how the people that have to go back to actual work will be affected by not being able to having even the simplest hygiene. Imagine working in a hot fucking kitchen every day and not being able to shower, shave, wipe yourself for multiple days in a row then having to go back into work and serve people.
