Mission hospital administrator has been erasing doctor’s previous work schedule, to make it look like he hasn’t worked there. Why? What would be the purpose/ benefit of doing this? When the doctor found out this was happening, he quit. Doctor was working 24hr shifts and was pushed to take on as many patients as possible. He did work under a 1099, but I fail to see the need for mission’s admin to erase his work history prior to quitting. If any one else has experienced this or has a background in administration work, can someone explain this scheme?
