Hey! My 2 questions are, one, what precautions do I, as someone new here, need to take with animals/bugs here? Especially concerned about ticks and snakes. I have a 9 month old baby and 2 small dogs, btw. Two, as a 25 year old man, what is a good way to make friends here? Because so far I haven't met anyone under 60.
