I’ve been using the CVS in Oakley for awhile now but lately they’ve been pretty terrible and I’m getting pretty fed up - frequently out of stock of various medications, severely understaffed, never answer their phones, etc. I just waited in line for an hour to pick up a prescription and I’d love to switch pharmacies, but don’t want to go through the hassle if it’s not going to improve the experience. It wasn’t this bad until the last couple of months. Where do you fill your prescriptions and how has that experience been lately? East or South Asheville preferably but I’ll drive across town if the difference is significant enough. I looked at their website and they’re paying their techs $16 an hour so no wonder they’re understaffed. Would love to take my business somewhere that pays employees a living wage if that’s possible.
