$1200 a month with security deposit and first month rent due at signing. Background check and credit check required (your credit doesn’t have to be perfect). This is a great first house but it is an older home. Price reflects that.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood 3 minutes from Merrimon Ave. Mostly older people in the area.

This house DOESNT have traditional HVAC. Window units and OIL furnace heat for winter. Usual electric bill is $100 or less a month.

Nice little porch and yard, and a cute picnic area behind it bordering untouched forest.
