Curious if anyone has the scoop on what is being manufactured at the Pratt and Whitney factory east of the Arboretum. Looks like a huge facility from the satellite imagery. Has me curious what they are making and if there is any public information on how many they are employing. Based on the visual size they must be one of the biggest employers in the county. I realize that Pratt makes aircraft engines, are they making a particular engine/part of the process here? Or is it a broad operation that can do any step on a wide variety of engines? Just being curious.🧐
