Just need a mildly safe place to vent. I’ve been on quite the mental health journey the last few years which you may know requires a lot of trial and error with medication. Hit a particularly rough patch since my psych went on unexpected medical leave a few months back.
Finally pull my act together enough to see a new provider today, all goes well, and we decide to try a new (for me, not to the market) medication. Well surprise, surprise, my insurance won’t cover it and they want $400 (whole other rant). But all is not lost, as it would be $80 with a discount card (not ideal, but neither is the suicidal ideation I’m battling).
Except Ingles won’t take any outside discount cards. Which I think is bullshit honestly.
Had to jump through hoops to get it transferred to CVS which is a whole other clusterf*** every time.
Why is getting medication so difficult?
