Go Ruck at Old Ox Brewery

For those that are interested, this Saturday at 9am the local go ruck group is getting together for a 4mi ruck. We throw in some light workouts around the 1 mile point and 3mi point. It is open to all and you can ruck with any amount of weight that you want or you can come out and wear no extra weight. It’s all up to you.
We will walk the WO&D trail which is paved Open to all fitness levels
