So I’m still relatively new to the asexual label, & still trying to decide for certain the details (asexual/demisexual prolly)

But one thing I’ve always been kind of attracted to is the intimacy involved in sex. I’ve never in my life sought after sex the act for any physical reasons, but on the handful of occasions I’ve been offered it even though I never went fully through with it. I’ve always enjoyed the intimacy involved with it.

There’s always been something very special about it, though, the closeness of body’s, holding onto each other’s bodies, exploring every part of each other. But just not actual sex.

Does anyone else feel this way, or am I just extremely touch starved & alone?
