Does anyone else feel like Rocky has regressed as a rapper?

In my opinion, Rocky from 2011-2016 was untouchable as far as flows and rhyme scheme goes, could rap fast, slow it down, and had crazy good beat selection. Nowadays, his music just feels tired and repetitive especially lyrically since he raps at such a surface level talking about his jewels and how he bagged Rihanna lol.. anyone else feel this way?
