Can anyone tell me anything about this piece ?

My grandma absolutely loved pigs and pig artwork. I saw this at an antique mall and instantly thought of her so I bought it (paid like 25$ I think) . The Frame is very high quality which make me believe the artwork is somthing special as well. I turned to Google only to be let down. I can't find anything on this peice nor the artist. I'd love to know more about if so any info is appreciated! Thanks
