Do I need a college counselor that specializes in portfolios and art schools?
Post Body

I’m applying to college this fall as a senior and I’ve been meaning to get a college counselor (to help with scholarships, essays, personal statements etc) however as im applying to art schools as well as liberal arts universities, I’m wondering if I should find a college counselor that can also help me with the portfolio aspect of that. I pretty much know the portfolio requirements for all the schools I’m applying for and I know my AP Art teacher would be willing to offer me some guidance but if you’ve gotten accepted to art schools before, I would really appreciate knowing the steps y’all took to get there!
