Resources to help transition to digital art

Post Body

I've taken a few art classes in middle and high school and they were mainly the basics, painting and a little bit of sculpting. In college I took a digital art class but it was a Photoshop and After Effects course that didn't include drawing, it was just editing photos. I haven't really drawn in years and want to get back into drawing. I recently ordered a Samsung Tab S8 and I know that I'm most likely going to invest in Clip Studio Paint as my program of choice.

What I'd like some assistance with is finding good books, videos, or maybe online courses (that won't end up costing me an arm and a leg) that go over general techniques/topics focused for digital art for shading, coloring, line art etc so that I can build a foundation again. I feel I may also need to find some resources for the basics in general, but I'd like for those to be more digital art focused if possible.
