Seeking birthday present for my Girlfriend of our characters from DND hanging out together

Basically title
I'm looking to get a custom piece made of both of our characters in the same frame together.
Ideally, I'd like the characters to be spliced with our real life faces to make a sort of character/portrait blend. I also have some direction relating to the posing and expressions, as I want to try and capture our personalities in the piece, too.
Her birthday is in about a months time, so I'd love to get this ball rolling as soon as possible to give enough time for you to make the piece in a comfortable amount of time!
