ink & Pencil on card-stock or acrylic on canvas
Post Body

Background: I have a local artist that I absolutely love. His work is about our shared hispanic culture and it speaks to me soo much. My father owns some of his bigger works. Since I don't make much money, I own a couple of his prints. He usually does acrylic on canvas.

A couple years ago I bought an original of his that's ink on card-stock because it was affordable. He sometimes does weekend sketches based on religion and sells them.

I have been saving up and am seriously considering buying an original piece of his. I'm between two:

1- A Christmas & pandemic themed sketch involving the Wise Men. 8×10 Ink & Pencil on Card-stock with 11×14 Mat

2- A traditional one of his paintings involving Latin culture, though the canvas is much smaller than he usually works with. 8×10 Acrylic on Gallery Wrap Canvas

The canvas is about $100 more expensive but maybe worth saving up for a bit for. Open to suggestions of which one to buy.
