First of all, congratulations to /u/nony2 and /u/linzlars for bookending the Moose PR Invitational. I expect /u/lofflecake and his wife to do the same this time around since they just had a baby (congratulations!).

Now I know that some of you are very excited about having a mile event, others are cursing that I didn't have a mile event on July 4th. However, this is a metric mile.
In your quest for glory to become the moose league champion, you will be running the 1500m at the upcoming track meet. Unfortunately, Bobby, the team's star 400m racer, has come down with a nasty case of the itis. Brought on from his love of Luther burgers. You will have to take over his leg of the team 4x400.
This means that in addition to running 1500m, you will have to run 400m.
The "Rules":
Since this is our first double of the season it's important to lay out some ground rules.
1 - The 1500 must be run before the 400.
2 - A maximum of 2 hours is allowed between races.
New scoring:
You're taking over Bobby's leg of the 4x400. This is not an individual event. Your 400 time will measured against those in your division, the top 4 from each division will be counted, and those times will be scored against the other divisions.
That's right, this is now a personal and divisional competition.
Best of luck everyone. If you would like to join a division, or have pictures of your cute dog, please post a comment tagging me.
tl;dr: 1500m/400m double on July 21 2018. Be there.
