[4x23 minor spoiler] "tens of thousands"

I know we do enough nitpicking here but this has actually been irking me since the first time I heard it. Did it bother anyone else how the casualties of the Havenbrook nuke was always repeated to be "tens of thousands?"

-4x21 seconds after the nuke hit, Lyla states the casualties to be "tens of thousands"

-4x22 news anchor says various reports place the number of casualties in the "tens of thousands"

-4x23 Darhk says he is powered by the deaths of "tens of thousands of souls"

-later Oliver tells Darhk "you killed tens of thousands of people"

At least one of them could have been worded differently, you know?
