I'm going to keep it short and simple

-3 people dressed as Arrow(Oliver, Roy, and Unknown man)

-Unknown man kills people while The real Team is away

-Roy decides to take the fall for the man's crimes

-Oliver allows him to

-Roy is incarcerated

-Thea finds out and turns on Ollie right when she is starting to become Speedy

-Thea officially becomes bad Speedy on team Merlyn(still unsure)

-Felicity does not agree with Oliver and officially joins Ray(still unsure)

-Laurel stays by Ollie's side(as MG stated)

-Only The Arrow, Black Canary, and Diggle are left

-after this, the only appearances from Roy are because he is inducted in the Suicide Squad
