So we pretty much know that Nyssa will be Laurel's new trainer and she can turn Laurel into the BC we all know and love. Here's why: If Malcolm only trained with the league for two years, and can train Thea to be as good as she is now, which including summer break, is about 8-9 months. Then Nyssa who has been trained liked Malcolm her entire life (30 years according to the wiki) can train Laurel to be at or well above Thea's level now (considering that Nyssa has had more time training and that she could teach a woman close to her stature like LL or Thea better than Malcolm could) And since we saw Thea take on Ollie in the loft that one time, we could see LL take down Oliver, much sooner than we thought. Not to mention the fact that she's still probably boxing and training with Ollie, Roy, and Diggle in the foundry. Lord help them if Lady Shiva shows up to help teach her.

Tl;Dr: With the show's continuity with training, Nyssa could train LL to be better than Ollie.
