Someone in college just called me fat and ugly and a combo of being aroace and taking antidepressants led me to being legitimately confused as to what that means. Like I get it’s supposed to be an insult but like why should I be insulted?

Like is being overweight a bad thing? I don’t feel shame for my body so I just don’t get that message. And the ugly part is also confusing like no insult to this person but I find every human being equally as unattractive so…idk
