UNSAT and going on base

Before anyone calls me a shit bag, I didn't sign a contract to be reserves. I ETSed and decided to join the Reserves after. I never signed a contract for Reserves, I was simply Transferred from IRR to a unit. The career counselor told me I could transfer back to the IRR but my commander wouldn't do the paperwork. Going to that unit made me suicidal and homicidal. I have since gotten help and have a 70% VA Disability Rating for anxiety.

My question is, can I go on base while UNSAT? I still have my CAC card, but I don't want to be detained while trying to gain access to post. I haven't shown up to drill in almost 2 years.
