2. This position is used to destroy an elements morale for short periods, while at the halt.

4. GET FUCKED is a two part command with GET being the preparatory command and FUCKED being the command of execution.

5. When given, the command is as follows: GET, FUCKED

STEP II

1. Demonstrator, POST. I will use the talk-through method of instruction.

2. NOTE: This position must be commanded and executed from the position of attention..

3. On the preparatory command “Get” of the command “Get Fucked” you will bend forward at the waist 45 degrees and place your hands fingers and thumbs extended and joined on your knees.

On the command of execution “Fucked” in “Get Fucked” you will relax your sphincter and mentally prepare for the Big Green Weenie to penetrate your anus.

Simultaneously you will meet every thrust with equal and opposite force until your soul releases itself to the inevitable demise of crippling depression.

1. Keep the head and eyes as in the position of attention. Remain silent and do not move unless otherwise directed.
