Cold weather gear under PTs

Hey Team, I'm gonna dig myself but just wanted to see if the masses could help.
Wearing black compression gear in the Pts that are visible but no logos is authorized, correct?
UPDATE: thanks for the sarcasm guys. Tracking the reg and pam. Reg not helpful on this and the pam is just not clear enough. DA PAM 670-1 para 10-11c says long underwear can be worn. Para 10-11d says spandex that is no longer than the knee. Anyone ever get grief from their command for dressing within reg?
