and I don't know if I have completely lost it from a decade of active duty, or I just have a great unit, but I actually enjoyed it. My OIC enjoys his job, seems like a cool person. Got my MOS school scheduled, and won't have to do AT since I'm doing school. Responsible for two soldiers that actually seem like they want to be there, and I've only seen a couple questionable soldiers. I feel like I've only been there 3 days but I already have a good handle on everyone and they all seem to get along.
Did the SHARP/EO type classes, which I expect from the Army, but we had fairly clear guidance, things actually scheduled, and if something wasn't going to happen in the allotted time, they found a spot for it.
So which is it, slow degradation of my brain cells caused by dealing with the worst of the Army, I found one of the great units in the Reserves, or is this just another "Most of the reserves is like this, we just like to complain"?
