So, sent my early separation paperwork up on Monday because me school finally got around to publishing an official start date for fall semester. Got told yesterday that 1SG won't send it up until I'm unflagged because it's favorable action. Doesn't sound right, and wouldn't be the first time this 1SG has intentionally tried to screw me. Main problem is that I'm flagged for PT failure (long story, I'll post if asked), next PT test is on in two weeks while I'm out of state on leave, and the make up is end of May, which means I'm trusting paperwork for my flag and separation to come back in around a month before my terminal leave would start.

Any suggestions? My Bn CSM keeps threatening to kick people out, I might just jump the chain and see if he wants to get rid of me early.

Other (more bad) option is to fail the next APFT, get chaptered that way and get the separation pay.
