Geo-Bachelor still a thing?

Hi all, I have a question regarding being a geo-bachelor. If this doesn't go here let me know and I'll remove it. I am stationed in Hawaii and I am getting married in June. I asked my Training room about this and they gave me all the info. But further digging on the google, I found out that the Army took it away. Is this still a thing? And if no what will happen when I get married. Will I collect any NY BAH or get moved out of the b's? My wife is not coming out being I will only have 10 months maybe less with school drop on Island. Thanks for your help.
