Medboard with a waiver

When I joined the military I was previously diagnosed with a chronic nerve condition. I was granted a waiver because I had been asymptomatic for 5 years at the time I enlisted. I took the ACFT about a month ago and since then I have been feeling the onset of my condition. My pcm said that if my condition is returning it’s an automatic separation. My question is am I still eligible for VA benefits since the army granted a waiver and still allowed me to join with said condition?
