Administrative leave approved but CSP packet is still pending

So I put in a packet for an individual internship/CSP packet back in February (Army). My administrative leave dates for the CSP has been approved by my COC, but my CSP packet is still with division waiting for approval. My start date for my leave was 1 April but my orientation doesn’t start until 9 April. Can I still take the administrative leave that has already been approved even though my CSP is still pending?
