Promotion in the Army for Military Intel/ 35X series/ Doing 20 yrs in MI

I am prior service looking looking to re-enlist. I plan to go 35T or a similar MI mos. I have not considered what the promotion path or ability is in this MOS though. I am coming from a different branch and I don't know a lot about Army promotion. Can I make it to retirement doing 35T? What are the 35X jobs that have no problem promoting? Essentially, if I want to do 20 yrs in MI... what should I be thinking about as I map out my career?
