Joining up. Whats the best way to go about enlisting and getting the MOS you want?

First some back story. I'm a 21 year old who lives in Florida, I've got almost 30 college credits, and have recently decided that college isn't working for me and I'm looking into the Army as a career. I'm very interested in tech and the intel side of the military. What I'm looking for is advice on the best way to go about enlisting and what type of jobs would be available for someone like me in the Army.
