Pay issues!

Iām currently overseas and have not been payed yet. I have been in country a 1.5 months. Been up my chain of command all the way to TEC, IG, and processed my paperwork through finance here on post and absolutely nothing yet. Is there a regulation stating having orders cancelled and you returned home if there is no pay for X amount of time?
