I’m pretty sure that’s not the way this works, but am I incorrect?

Apparently our BC has decided that EVERY award submitting for our EOT must be either 4 points, or it’s a COA only. AAM, ARCOM, MSM, doesn’t matter. It’s all 4 points. Is it just me or is that completely unreasonable, and is the BC even able to decide that? We gotta love 2ABCT.
