Lets say you train 3 days a week. How would you split it? a) a dedicated day for each style. Top roll, hook, press b) a volume day, a low rep, high strength day and a speed day c) table practice and two more recovery oriented days d) a general strength day, a hand control day and a back presure day
These are just some options that came to mind. I'm a couple of years into the sport with a bit of competition expierience. I'm not necessarally looking for advice on my specific situation. I just want to start a general discussion so we can share some ideas and all gain sile insight.
