Sooooo I'm 2 years in the sport, 80% consistent training over that time. Multiple tournaments, placed 2nd in one recently.
In the video I'm the fat guy with bad tattoos and glasses.... what would you guys say I need to work on?
I do cupping and hand exercises x2 a week already but I'm getting destroyed by smaller(weight) guys with slightly larger hands.
Any advice is appreciated as I've a "supermatch" with a guy from another club in 3 weeks.
PS I'm also trying to lose weight, gone from 123kg to 116kg aiming to be 105kg by September.
