Barev! i know this question is really stupid but i live in a country where there's not much Armenians (Wikipedia says that there's 3000 Armenians in Venezuela but i know that there's less than that cuz my father know most of them) and well i don't get mad about it anymore, it was a challenge to spelled my name to teachers or just random people, even tho is really simple to pronounce imo. So, my grandparents were born in Syria and because of that i'm really used to cook and eat arab food like mamounieh and more, i know it can sound that people here are so ignorant (which is true) but there's not that big diaspora here like Argentina, but i do know that physically we are not alike to arabs or maybe turkish because yeah, people often call me turkish when turkish in Venezuela is more uncommon. So the question was, what do i tell them? i just say that i'm armenian even tho i dont speak the language but is kinda stupid when someone labeled you instead of calling at your name.
