Another Newbie Question on Investigators

So am very new having gotten the revised core box and love this game
I am not, however, someone who is very good - yet - at the deck assembling aspect
As someone who is going to get expansions, I wondered whether it’s better to get one or two of the starter packs of Investigators or one of the new style expansions of investigators such as Dunwich Horror (whose campaign expansion will be the first one I get)
Thoughts?
