Yes, his ult is good sort of. He isnt a good ds laner. All the meta ds laners smash him (im not very good on yena and smash him to bits)
Jungle maybe viable so his ult can be used more then twice in an entire match, but darcy, lindis fennik, nakroth murad etc are still leagues ahead of him.
