I’m okay at most roles accept ADC, I don’t play it as much because Val/yorns. I’m great at DS,Mage, and support. I’m ok at jungle but I tend to support lanes and fall behind on farm. Worst is MM although I do pretty well with Elsu. I main Veres in DS lane and as long as I keep my deaths below 4 I usually get 2nd rank. I just get severely screwed when we don’t have a tank support. I can still play the tank role very well as Veres but not as well as a tank. 2 stories from my 4 hour failed push to plat. Wait to fill whatever role is needed. Jungle left open so I go Lindis jungle. Instalock Valhein says no ADC Jungle but I’m best with Lindis. Loading screen I’m the only gold with 4 plats. Finish my first clear and no ganking opportunities but DS tower is pushed so I go to clean up. Mage dies so I head back to mid through jungle and surprise Butterfly and D’arcy. Respawn and Valhein is taking red jungle, so I get blue side and try to farm what lanes I can. DS lane can’t hold against Florentino so I try to protect tower but can’t get away from butterfly. Start getting flamed because I’m gold and I need to farm more even though Val keeps taking 1/2 the jungle. We lost. Next game I select Veres. At the 40 second mark I ask if everybody is good with their role choices. Silence until at the 10 second mark jungler says he isn’t good at jungle. Goes Butterfly and initiates every team fight. Feeds and we lose. SoloQ is a blast!

Too many people in platinum not willing to play any role or hero they didn’t instalock. I.e. support valhein.
