Thanks for the Astrid buff Tencent but you missed one thing...
Post Body

Almost every other hero that gets a shield has a way of scaling it. Rourke increases it with damage. Gildor scales with level and AP and gets it after every ability. Malochs scales with souls snatched and AD. Xenials is based off health and AP. Alices is based off AP. Notice a pattern here? Astrid is in this weird place where her passive would suggest building attack speed so you could trigger the cool down faster, but you pretty much have to build her as a bruiser. I absolutely love her kit but boy does it hurt seeing all the wasted potential. I have an AD/Crit build I plan on doing a write up on that basically turns her into a sudo assassin. Look at Wonder Woman, scaling shields and damage that is based on AD and HP. You can build Wonder Woman as full tank and still deal good damage. I have the same problem with Maloch. His passive really makes you want to build AD but the sustain isn’t there unless you can keep hitting 4 players with your S1.

That’s my point. Why have a passive that decreases cool down on every hit but not build attack speed? People still build boots on Preyta even though his passive is “increased movement speed”. A lot of characters passives need some reworks.
