Rho LT vs Smartwool 250? delta lt vs R1

Currently own a set of tops and bottoms from smartwool, they are 250. I can get the rho lt top and bottom for a pretty decent price is worth getting? If so what temp range do you recommend utilizing them?

Also have a delta lt, but considering purchasing an r1 as a replacement. This would be used as a mid layer. Is the r1 worth it for a mid layer? When do you typical use the r1 if you own one?

It will most be used for skiing. Currently also use OR hemisphere bib, delta lt, r2, Nano Air hood, and a beta Sv shell. Obviously not all together...well haven’t been in any condition to wear it all at once.
