Does Arc'teryx LEAF do repairs?

Bought a used LEAF Alpha Gen 1. The tape on the hood is all crusty and looks melted. Jacket feels softer than my other Gen 1 that is in mint condition.
Havent tested it yet but it looks sun faded and way more worn in. Annoyed as shit because it was advertised as "like new". Was wondering what I can do to fix the crusty tape, or if Arcteryx does repairs for something like that?
