I’m working on a project designing buildings for a fictional National Park and have of course come across the parkitecture style as inspiration. If you’re not familiar, it’s the rustic style often used for National Park buildings in the United States. It uses native materials from the area to harmonize with the surrounding landscape, often using whole logs. It also normally has a hand built appearance. I’m wondering if there are any good equivalents to parkitecture in other countries that would be good inspiration too.
