What is the proper term for a building that is either a former warehouse or made to look extremely plain like a warehouse but has living space/ greenery/ homes inside? A video on YT said it was āInterior Urbanismā. I canāt seem to find the proper name to see more pictures and examples of it.

They used the example of the Chicago Pedway as one. The other was a place in Detroit that looked like a plain cinderblock building but once you go inside the garage door it looked like there were row houses/condos inside, complete with astroturf grass lawns. One real life example I saw in New Orleans once was a former warehouse I walked by with the door open. Inside it had a green space with a water feature, sky lights all over the roof and three apartments made to look like old bayou cabins. Is the proper term āinterior urbanismā and if so know any books with great examples of this?
