My fiance purchased a copy of Unchained through the Glyph client at launch. Unfortunately a technical problem prevented her from downloading the game client as it kept providing her with an error message. She attempted multiple troubleshooting strategies that were suggested on the forums and Reddit but to no avail. She submitted a ticket as well but got no response whatsoever because Gamigo.

In the end she bought another copy through steam so she could play and downloaded it just fine. She was unaware of the company's ridiculous policy regarding charge backs, so she naturally charged back the glyph purchase through Paypal because she did not have a need for two copies of the game. Because of this her Trion account was swiftly banned with no warning or notice. This is preventing her from playing on the steam copy of the game even though she only charged back the Glyph copy. Is there anyway she can unlink her steam copy and the old banned Trion account? She just wants to play the damn game that she payed for through steam on a new Trion account. Any suggestions?
